Wedding or Bridal Shower - Use white towels, ribbon and flowers...or customize to match the wedding colors. Top with a bride/groom cake topper, bells or cascading pearls or flowers down the side of the cake.
Birthday - Use the birthday boy or girl's favorite colors and treats to decorate the cake for their special day.
Fourth of July - Use red, white and blue towels, stars and stripes-themed ribbon and glowsticks for decorations.
Baby Shower - Substitute towels with diapers and wrap a baby blanket around the outside... pink, blue, yellow or green theme with baby supplies as decorations.
Mothers Day - Mom will like just about any color you use !...Add bath and spa products, chocolate as decorations...anything Mom likes.
Thanksgiving - Use fall colors for towels. Decorate with pumpkin and leaf picks from your local craft store.
Housewarming - If possible, match colors to an existing bathroom in the new home. Bath and spa products make great decorations.
As you can probably imagine, this list could easily grow to a hundred different occasions.
Your imagination is the only limit to how a towel cake can be customized and what occasion it can be used for.
