A Christening Gift
Any ideas for a unique christening gift. I'm godmother. I'm creative & arty and not afraid to make it myself
We had a naming ceremony for our children and asked all guests to contribute to a time capsule for our 2, to be opened when they are 18. Now that I've been asked to be Godmother I can't think of anything creative!!! I'm more than happy tp put something together from scratch but wondered if anyone had any inspiring ideas?
It's for a boy
A friend made us the most beautiful shadow box. It is huge (about 4 feet white, 18 inches tall, and a foot deep). The outside is painted white, the inside is pink, and against the back wall are white letters that spell EMILY. She is a baby now so I set her stuffed animals and books inside the shelf and on the top. When she is older it will be a beautiful shelf for her jewelry, knick-knacks, picture frames, etc.
